Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to drive business development and revenue growth across East or/and West Switzerland. This is a commission-only position, ideal for an
ambitious sales professional with a strong network and a passion for high-end interior solutions.

You will work remotely, offering complete flexibility, and report directly to the company founders. Your mission will be to identify, approach, and close sales with high-potential customers in our key
target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for East and/or West Switzerland, focused on growth and client acquisition
  • Identify and build strong relationships with:
  • Boutique Hotels
  • Architects
  • Real Estate Developers
  • Interior Designers
  • Luxury Retail Stores
  • Upscale Private Clubs
  • High-Net-Worth Individuals
    & Family Offices
  • Conduct product presentations (virtual or on-site when needed) to showcase the value and uniqueness of Dynasty Concept’s offerings
  • Provide insights and feedback to help shape future collections and services based on client demands
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM and report regularly on performance

 Ideal candidate

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury bed/bath linen, interior design, luxury furniture, or hospitality sectors
  • Deep knowledge and existing network connections within the Swiss design, architecture, or hotel scene
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and self-driven
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and/or French and English, Italian as a plus
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely, with the ability to travel within the territory for key meetings when necessary
  • Passionate about high-end design and lifestyle products
