Refund policy
Items purchased from www.dynastyconcept.ch may only be returned to Dynasty Concept within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and purchased only through www.dynastyconcept.ch. Items on Dynasty Concept cannot be returned to retail stores purchased by Dynasty Concept.
Orders placed online are generally processed for shipment within 2-4 business days depending on stock availability. During sales and holiday periods, orders placed online may be processed and shipped within 5-6 business days depending on stock availability. Delivery time begins once the order has been accepted and processed. Please note that orders are not processed outside working hours or on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
